How to control the size, thickness and tension of plastic film in the production process of film blowing machine
In order to obtain plastic bag products with controllable quality during the processing process of the film blowing machine, it is necessary to control all processing links in suitable extent. Under normal circumstances, the processing process of the plastic film blowing machine is divided into feeding heating, traction, and controlling the compressed air to close the edge. Air is added to the blowing hole of the film head, and the air is added to the middle of the round film, and the film is in a straight line upward. The size of the plastic bag is controlled by the amount of blowing air, and then the film is stabilized by the film stabilizer. The thickness is controlled by the speed of the main machine and the traction. It can be understood that the faster the speed of the main machine, the faster the feeding speed, and the thicker the film. The traction is just the opposite. The faster the pulling, the thinner the film. This is the most important link.
To achieve good horizontal and vertical tension of the blown film, it is necessary to achieve a certain ratio of blow-up ratio BUR and traction ratio DDR. If the ratio is out of balance, the transverse tensile force will decrease. If the bubble is stable under the existing die head and diameter, then there is no problem with BUR. If the bubble is unstable, the BUR is too large; DDR=die Mouth gap/(film thickness×BUR)
To reduce DDR, you need to reduce the gap between die openings. Reducing BUR will only increase DDR. If the film shakes and is unstable when blowing the film, it means that the film head is too small, and you can use a fixed frame to stabilize the film.
